The Annual Membership Meeting will be held next Wednesday, January 17, 2024. The meeting will again be virtual. All members (owners) are welcome and encouraged to attend.

You must register no later than 5pm the day of the meeting so your membership can be verified.
After registering you will receive a personal link for the meeting.
Do not lose that link and do not share it with anyone else.
Check-in begins at 7:00 PM. The meeting will start promptly at 7:15 PM and will end by 9:00 PM. Each household in good standing in the Olney Oaks Single Family HOA is entitled to two votes at the meeting (all households are currently in good standing).
