Notice to Olney Oaks Single Family HOA residents – the HOA is coordinating a community yard sale for Saturday May 17th 2025, 9am - 1pm. The yard sales will be held on individual properties (or with neighbors, if you choose). As in past years, we will place signs near neighborhood entrances, place an ad in the Greater Olney News, and will post to GSALR (a yard sale site). If you let us know you are participating, we will include your address in the GSALR post as well as any featured items you mention. You can choose to put up directional signs the morning of the sale: just please take them back down. For instance you could place signs leading from Morningwood, Headwaters, or Queen Elizabeth to your property. We do not have a rain date planned - make your own decision about participating in case of uncooperative weather. If you wish to participate, or have any feedback – please email [email protected].
