The Olney Oaks Single Family HOA annual meeting for all members is scheduled for Wednesday, January 23th in the All Purpose Room of Olney Elementary School. Check-in will be between 7:00 and 7:15 PM. The meeting will start promptly at 7:15 and end by 9:00 PM.
Among the topics covered at the meeting will be new playground equipment, plans for replacing the entrance sign at Hwy 108 and Headwaters Drive, a newly updated Schedule of Fines Rule, a community-wide yard sale, and a variety of maintenance issues. We also plan on discussing updates to the Covenants, such as whether we should keep the current prohibition on long-term rentals by non-family members of accessory apartments within our homes in light of the County’s rules allowing short-term rentals and rentals of accessory apartments.
Watch for a letter with the full meeting agenda, a financial report, and a postage-paid proxy card to fill out and return if you are unable to attend.
